Food and drink could be better but not bad overall.

Had to make four phone calls to a phone number with an area code outside of our area before someone would finally answer for carry out. She put us on hold. Then she tried to charge us $3 more than what their online menu listed. And it would take 20 minutes to get a taco ! We will not give them another chance.

This gem is really underrated. Great service and good deals on drinks. Steak habanero and cucumber margarita and I'm in heaven.

Good food fast service

This is our favorite Joliet area local Mexican restaurant. Servers are extremely nice, dishes come out fast and hot, and the food is delicious. All the dishes I've gotten here are great, but my favorite is the combination fajitas. If you like things spicy get a side of grilled jalapenos and Diablo sauce!

First time here , love the strawberry Margaritas. Prices are reasonable and customer service it’s great . Will definitely come back again.

Happy hour margarita was not good. I left more than half of it in the glass. The food was good and the waitress was very nice, just q little overtasked.

Mole sauce is fantastic. Steak is awesome. Pastor is great. Service always top notch. Best Mexican food in the burbs.Drink specials everyday.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. But no Caldo de Res, Carnitas or Mexican Coffee. Other wise good food and great FLAN!

Great tasting Mexican food, I had the torta Al Pastor. It was large and tasty. The decor was nice inside, I loved their wooden carved chairs and booths. This has been the best authentic Mexican food I've had on the Westside of Joliet.

Decent price taste great friendly staff plus anything is better than Taco Bell.🤣

Love this place. Great service and food. Carne Asada was perfect!Revisited since my last review, and had the La Tapatia, which is a half portion of the carne asada steak, a very delicious taco, a cheese enchilada with green sauce, rice and beans, guac and sour cream. The steak was done to perfection, you could smell the perfectly cooked entree as it was being brought to the table. The enchilada and taco were great as well. You can get a side of tortillas, which I recommend, to make your own from the generous amount of ingredients on the plate.Decor, staff, atmosphere were all great, same as my previous visits - keep up the great work, we will be back! 😊

The food was good and the drinks were also good. The salsa given is not very spicy. You have to ask for a spicier salsa which is good. Tacos come with a lot on it. Could probably be a little less to allow easier eating and not such a mess. Overall this is one of the better restaurants.

Good food but had food poisoning the next day. I called them to just warn them about what happened and they didn’t bother to do anything.

Way to expensive, 30$ for 6 tacos. The “dinner” composed of 3 tacos with aluminum foil, thats it. no rice or beans, total rip off.

The food was excellent! The $9 Tace Plate comes with 3 tacos with rice and beans and the Al Pastor is the BEST! On Tues and Thur, half off Margaritas! This place is the bomb!

Polite employees and quick service while still preparing excellent food for your money

I'd actually give Habanero a 4.5 rating. Had the chiles rellenos and they were excellent! Margaritas were good. Very friendly service. A good place. I'll have to come back with the family.

The lunch specials are delicious especially the chicken fajitas

Great food great staff

I've had two experiences here. Customer service was great, however, I didn't like the food. First time I ordered tamales to go. They lacked flavor and had way too much masa. Second time I figured I'd try the steak tacos instead due to such good reviews. The 3 tacos had very little meat on them. The meat was very fatty so ended up pulling most of it off and just eating the shells.

The service was really wonderful! Parking was easy, we were immediately greeted and seated. Although we found the chips to be pretty bland, the food was excellent, fast and hot. The gal that served us was really sweet... She was engaging, attentive and kind. This is a good spot for quality food and great service.

The food was great. Had the carne asada, enchiladas and taco combo. The steak was tender, the taco was full of beef. And the enchiladas was also good. Loved the salsa and chips. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Not good at all. Wouldn't even consider it authentic Mexican cuisine.

The tostada I ordered was average. The tortilla should be more crispy to be able to hold all the food on it. The chicken was not bad - it had flavor, basically a chicken tinga. I wish the tostada was more authentic - using queso fresco instead of the mozzarella. The guacamole was also average. The taste you could tell they didn't use ripe avocados as it tasted a bit sour. The beans were also average. The Piña Colada was okay... Just didn't find anything that would make me want to go back. Everything about this place was just okay.
